I like to read a lot of different genres, somedays I feel the urge to read a really sad heartbreaking tragedy, other days I'm in the mood for clichés, sometimes it's a rolling out the floor laughing my brains out type of book. It really depends. The only problem with these books is that I read too much. If I'm really into a book, I will completely shut out the world until I've finished it, with, luckily for my friends, is normally in a day or two, as I am a very fast reader.

Rennison, Louise. The Taming of the Tights. 1st ed. New York, NY: HarperCollins, 2013. Print. Pages Read: 1-61 Chapters: 1-5 Quote: "The Iron Pies crashed into their version of a James Bond theme. Mr. Barraclough started singing, 'From Russia with PIES I came to yooooooo.' " (Rennison, 8) In the book, Feed, it’s really the characters that make the story. There are the perks of having the feed, the ‘positive’ side that is shown by Titus, and then we have the ‘negative’ side that is shown by Violet. If the story had just been about Titus and his friends, it would have been biased, focusing on the oblivious partying teenagers. That’s where the antagonist, Violet comes in, without her, we don’t see both sides of the feed. However, had the story been shown by only Violet’s side, the reader’s opinions might have been biased seeing only the dark side. But since both characters were brought together, the reader gets a chance to see for himself whether the feed is a good thing or not. This makes the story 150% more interesting.
